I guess what makes these things  interesting is the personal info. shared.  So here’s a bit:  From Sept 6-16 I’ll be going out to Moab Utah.  There I’ll embark upon a canoe trip up the Green River through the Canyonlands National Park for 8 days with 8 other adventurers.  It’s a silent retreat lead by a teacher of “enlightenment”….Mike Regan.  That means no gibber jabber!, no using of the tongue or vocal cords… the whole time.  He’s American. Cool guy.  Enlightenment’ll do that to you.  I’m into rock n roll but I also dig enlightenment.  You should try it sometime.  Highly recommended.  It’s gotta beat and you can dance to it
